How many people will be cleaning in my home?
We work in teams of two.
Each team includes two Team Leader to assure that all cleaning jobs
and special requests and instructions are completed correctly.
What time should I accept the cleaning team
to arrive at my home?
Our normal workdays are Monday thru Friday 8:45 a.m. to 4:00p.m.
Although we cannot guarantee an exact time when the cleaning team
will arrive in your home, we do schedule a window time of 2 hours.
A courtesy call is given the night before as a helpful reminder
that we will be there the following day. Keep in mind it is merely
a helpful reminder call.
What preparation is expected for the cleaning
team to complete the job in my home?
We want to give you the best value for your money, so we ask kindly
that you straighten up your daily clean up work the night before.
Such as, (All clothes, dishes, toys, and papers) be picked up. Please
secure cash, jewelry and other small valuables.
Will Castle Cleaning Maid Service provide the cleaning supplies
and materials needed to clean my home?
